Founder Patricia Bonaldi began sewing as a child in Brazil, where buying new clothes wasn't always an option. After a detour studying law, she launched her couture label in São Paulo, specializing in evening wear. In 2002, she founded PatBO, known for its ready-to-wear and swimwear, and established a school and atelier in her hometown to empower local women.
