Return an Order

We want you to be completely happy with your order. A return for unwashed, unworn, regular priced merchandise must be requested within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Merchandise should include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached.

A return must be requested through the link above within 14 days of receipt. Once a return has been approved you will receive a return RMA number by email. Returned merchandise must be mailed within 7 days of this approval email to receive a refund and tracking information must be provided.

By Mail:

Ship with the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for your return shipping fees. Enclose the packing slip provided with your purchase with the item and ship to:

A return must be shipped within 7 days of an approved return request. If tracking information is not received within 7 days, the return will be rejected.

In Store:

Any non-final sale merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund at the store. Please note: When a gift is returned, a Stanley Korshak merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for future purchases in the store.

Some returns conditions may apply:

Regular Price Merchandise

Merchandise should be returned within 14 days of receipt, include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned. These conditions do not apply to merchandise purchased during online or in-store sale promotions.

Returns for orders placed through the website will be credited to the card used at check out. You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed. To return a phone order, you will need to provide the original credit card number and expiration date in order to receive a refund.

If tracking information indicates your return has been received by Stanley Korshak; please expect 2 to 3 weeks for the processing of your return. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges the customer originally pays, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Gifts can be returned for store credit. For exchanges or gift returns, please email onlineorders@stanleykorshak.com or call 855.479.9539.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Stanley Korshak or stanleykorshak.com.
 

Sale Merchandise

Unwashed, unworn, sale merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Merchandise should include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. Sale items held longer than 7 days are final sale and cannot be returned. Merchandise purchased during online and in-store sale promotions are considered as sale merchandise, and will be refunded according to the conditions outlined in this section. 

No price adjustments on sale merchandise or merchandise purchased with a discount.

Online Clearance, Final Sale, Price-Adjusted Merchandise and Discontinued Merchandise

Online items and in-store purchases marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Merchandise that has been given a price adjustment is FINAL SALE.

**Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Fragrance and Cosmetics:

Returns must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and mailed within 7 days for a credit or exchange to be issued.

Personalized orders, special orders and undergarments are non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please call 855.479.9539 to determine order status. To cancel it, please have your order number ready. Cancellation does not apply to special order items. 

Price Matching

Upon request, we are happy to price match items within a 7-day period from the purchase date. Price matching extends to applicable sales or promotions on StanleyKorshak.com only. 

No price adjustments on sale merchandise or merchandise purchased with a discount.
